The Role:

As a Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the project. Working closely with the project management team on-site, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Managing communication channels between various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments for the project team.
Maintaining accurate records of project expenses, budgets, and resources.
Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the project.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role within the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
