**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CMF Toolroom area and Production Equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring GMP Compliance and maintaining quality through the manufacturing operation. Including documentation, audits, 5S standards etc.
- Responsible for adherence to the production schedule for the CMF Toolroom, ensuring the appropriate actions are taken to meet manufacturing plans through clear communication.
- Influence/Monitor/Update department metrics.
- Responsible for shift admin activities such as time reporting, holidays, training records, consumable replenishment etc.
- To work with and coach the team to resolve any technical / behavioral issues.
- Responsible for continuous improvement projects ensuring personal development within the team.
- First line contact for team members for quality and operational issues.

Key Requirements
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 + years of supervisory experience from in a toolroom or engineering environment.
- Must have a Toolmaking background and have experience and an excellent understanding of transfer presses / deep drawing techniques.
- Very good understanding of engineering and machining disciplines.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work with individuals and team activities and respond to changing demands and priorities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with at all levels on site and communicate changes / progress effectively.
- Must have a drive to understand, use and influence the sites key goals / Precise Values, and improvement strategy and have a drive for self-improvement.
