General Admin Assistant required to assist other staff members in the office with a range of tasks. Estimating experience in a construction environment is preferred, and a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Some of the main requirements of the job (although this is only a limited list) are below, the rest can be discussed at Interview stage.
- Providing general support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answering and directing phone calls internally
- Booking employees hotels
- Ordering office supplies/equipment and materials to various sites
- Assisting with the monitoring of all company vehicles (MOT, Tax, Services etc).
- Helping organise and review all Insurances and updating periodically/as required
- Onboarding new staff with existing templates/procedures
- Working with the Quantity Surveyor when required in pricing up jobs with a view to this become a primary aspect of the position.
- **Part Time - 9.30am - 2pm (Monday - Thursday)**:

- Unfortunately due to the nature of the role, remote/hybrid/homeworking is not available.
- Driving licence required (Due to location of the office - LE12 5ES)
- Holiday cover may be required on occasion (although this will be discussed well in advance of any cover required and would not be earlier than 9.30am / later than 4pm Monday to Thursday)

**Salary**: £7.49-£11.00 per hour
