Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications as required.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
