Administrative Justice Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Loughborough city centre. As a temporary position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working within the Public Sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
- Progressing cases through the Court/Tribunal system and supporting other functions in HMCTS
- Solving problems by referring to problem-solving hubs and comprehensive guidelines
- Inputting data onto the system
- Preparing papers and creating/updating records
- Email correspondence (not included)
- General Administration Duties
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in administration, with a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
