Administrative Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications as required.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
