My Client has a full-time, permanent Export & Sales Administrator position available for an individual to join their small, office-based Internal Sales Team in Shepshed, Loughborough.

The Administrator will be providing effective customer service to a network of distributors, and back-office support to all sales staff.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 to 17:30

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with freight forwarders to obtain shipping costs.
- Taking responsibility for overseeing and preparing export documentation
- Completing export declarations to enable customs clearance.
- Efficiently responding to inbound enquiries relating to orders and products
- Following up on quotes and sales opportunities
- Raising credit notes
- Ad hoc general administration tasks as required.
- Working with fellow members of all the departments to contribute the smooth running of the sales office
- Have excellent IT and administration skills
- Strong organisational skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
