The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in the IT Hardware and Brokerage division.

This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, developing, and presenting proposals, closing deals, and providing post-sales support.

The Business Development Manager must have a strong understanding of the IT hardware and brokerage industries, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to generate and close deals. They will be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing a sales pipeline, as well as experience in negotiating and closing deals. They will also be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and be able to balance the needs of the business with the needs of the client. What Will You Do.

* Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and developing and presenting proposals.

* Grow existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling products and services. Build and maintain long lasting relationships through your energy and passion.

* Provide post-sales support to customers.

* Stay up to date on the latest trends in the computer hardware and brokerage industries.

* Represent the company at industry events.

* Work well in a team environment to deliver the best possible experience for the customer.

* Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need.

* Experience in sales within retail, wholesale, manufacturing, transport, or supply chain – where you can use your knowledge and contacts to open doors and close sales.

* A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic.

* Exceptional relationship building skills, with team and customers.

* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills

* Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
