Business Development Manager

An ambitious UK Security Manufacturing company are offering the opportunity to join the sales team as they go through a fantastic phase of growth Offering a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference in the companies success, there's also the opportunity to build a team around You and take responsibility for the UK&I arm of the business.
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and grow the UK&I region. Further responsibilities will be to attend trade shows/networking events, manage projects from inception to delivery, produce market analysis, report to the General Manager and further general field sales activities.
To succeed within this position, you will need to have experience within the Perimeter Security sector and a field sales position. Furthermore you will ideally be technically strong with perimeter security products, a excellent communicator, have a driven and pro-active outlook and want to work for a growing organisation where you can add real value.
This is a fully remote position, working across the UK&I, therefore familiarity with working from home and a robust home office are essential.
Package
£40,000 basic salary - Flexible depending on experience
£20,000 bonus, split quarterly and uncapped.
