The specialists in IT project delivery with zero snags is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team. Along with a basic salary of £25,000 per annum, you will receive a clear & competitive compensation plan to achieve a realistic and achievable £100k OTE, a £5k car allowance, private health care and 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays).

This is not a sit at home role. You must be prepared to travel as you network, making face to face calls and working cold appointments. Once you have made deals, these will then be handed off to the Internal Account Managers and then rinse and repeat.

As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Hunting for new business as you network, making face to face calls and working cold appointments.
Nurturing relationships with clients
Increasing sales of the business
Participating in networking events
Sourcing new clients
Researching new markets
Collaborating with the management team
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with:

A track record of winning new business, preferably in the technology market
Excellent negotiation skills
Experience in building strong client relationships
Robust communication skills
Excellent prospecting skills
Ability to close deals
You will be joining a growing group of IT companies that has made 5 acquisitions already and more planned in the future. Their Sales Director joined as an Account Manager less than 12 months ago. Therefore, there are lots of opportunities both financially and career path wise.
