Involve Recruitment (Midlands ) Ltd are working with a leading Birmingham Manufacturer to recruit for a Business Development Manager

Main aspect of the role is to research and build relationships with potential new clients within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and turn this into increased business.

To meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging of network.

* Plan business development approaches and pitches and set up meetings with client decision makers and company leaders.

* Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

* Salary - £40,000 with Company car fuel are included

* Hybrid / flexible working

* 00 pm Monday to Thursday and 7.Private medical insurance

* Company bonus scheme

* 33 days annual leave

* International and European travel opportunities

* Previous experience with Business Development within Manufacturing / Engineering is essential
