The role of the Business Development manager is to support the continued growth of the regional division. Our client is well known for there events, magazine coverage and our substantial digital presence.
To secure revenues from new clients in your agreed territory by generating new business - calling clients and making appointment s to see them and establish their business needs
Taking to market our substantial digital and online initiatives to grow online revenues
Work with the regional Sales Director to identify and secure new commercial opportunities
To attend events to represent the company and network with attendees.
To attend client events (where appropriate) to meet new prospects and build relationships with existing contacts.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for keeping updated the company wide CRM system with information on;
Client activity - effective phone calls and meetings
Client contact information - telephone, email, job title, address details
