Business Development Manager - Aggregates
Job Title: Business Development Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services
Industry Sector: Aggregates, Bagged Aggregates, Aggregates, Concrete, Crushed Concrete, Asphalt, Builders Merchants, Merchants, Groundworkers, Housebuilders, Construction Companies, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager
Area to be covered: Flexible on location ideally (Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire regions)
Remuneration: £40,000 + uncapped commission circa £7,500 first year
Benefits: company pickup/ truck or £6,000 allowance & benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services will involve:
* Area Sales Manager position selling aggregates and muck away services
* Majority of your time will be spent selling to groundworkers
* The remaining portion will be spent selling to concrete plants, builders merchants and housebuilders
* Turnover target circa £200k per month - £20k gross margin
* Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services with:
* Must have sales experience in the aggregates or waster removal industry ideally both
* Must have strong new business skills
* Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation
* Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
* Computer literate
* Full UK driving license
