As an IT Service Administrator at Fenwick, you'll document standard operating procedures, track and follow up on actions, and manage general administration tasks. Your role will involve active participation in supplier management by attending Service Management Reviews, assessing supplier performance against SLAs, and monitoring KPIs.
You'll play a key part in planning and coordinating support agreement renewals, gaining a deep understanding of Fenwick's IT support contracts, and liaising with suppliers and business stakeholders. Financial governance and control are crucial aspects of this role, requiring you to raise purchase orders, analyse invoices, and maintain budget records. Additionally, you'll conduct software license audits for platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SQL.
In this position, you'll become familiar with relevant IT systems and platforms like Mulesoft, SharePoint, and Loqate, monitoring their utilisation for capacity management. You'll stay ahead of IT industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify beneficial opportunities for Fenwick. Additionally, you'll manage changes using the Fresh Service ITSM tool, ensuring all changes are properly captured, tracked, and updated throughout the Change Lifecycle.
An understanding in an ITIL v3 or 4 environment, change management, supplier management, service transition and service acceptance.
Understanding of compliance standards such as IT audits, risk management, service review and budget management.
Experience of Information Technology & Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of IT systems and terminology is desirable.
