**About The Role**:
We are recruiting for a HR Administration Assistant within Newcastle. You'll be reporting to the HR Operations Advisor. You will be managing the day-to-day administration for all HR activities and being a point of contact for HR and payroll queries. This includes managing a busy inbox and a telephone line, as well as ensuring all records are always up to date.

This role is office based with flexibility on working hours.
**Part time: 24h per week.**

Working closely with the other members of the team such as recruitment to optimise resource management and performance to ensure the highest possible level of performance and efficiency.
- Tracking, logging, and processing sickness absence paperwork, ensuring that the HR website, the payroll and HR logs and Oracle are up to date with all absence data.
- First point of contact for HR queries in respect of the HR phone line, HR mailbox and written correspondence.
- Administering the Communications mailbox and processing any requests for pairing codes for the company intranet (Stay Connected)
- Providing general HR office assistance including departmental filing, photocopying, opening, and distributing the post
- Drafting documentation supporting employment matters such as references
- Providing support to the HR Operations team with the administration of employee benefits.
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks when required
