Pareto are currently looking for a Facilities Engineering Manager to join us on a permanent basis.

Key Skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, BMS controls, and general building services.
  2. Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard.
  3. Knowledge of mechanical and various electrical systems, building construction, and risks in public attractions.
  4. L8 Awareness formal training.
  5. Understanding of legal compliance and maintaining it to a high standard.
  6. Effective communicator for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Innovative with improving systems and processes.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for timely completion of maintenance tasks and addressing M&E and Fabric issues.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to maintain efficiency and safety of M&E installations.
  3. Maintain records and computer-based systems to agreed standards.
  4. Perform necessary maintenance works on M&E services and installations.
  5. Ensure works meet standards, budget, and client requirements.
  6. Support subcontractor maintenance activities.
  7. Assist in setting maintenance priorities, programmes, and budgets.
  8. Prepare and supervise planned maintenance projects.
  9. Liaise with professionals and provide technical input.
  10. Develop and disseminate best practice in M&E maintenance.
  11. Implement Asset Management Plan effectively.
  12. Undertake other related works as required.
  13. Manage Monthly Finance spend and provide Monthly Client KPI reports.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Mechanical/Electrical engineering qualifications.
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project).
  • NVQ Level Minimum.
