A leading, global AJ100 architecture practice is looking for an experienced Studio Coordinator to join their Oxford studio to cover a 1 year maternity contract.
This international award-winning practice is renowned for working on a diverse and exciting range of architecture, masterplanning, heritage and interiors projects. They are employee owned and offer a great benefits package including hybrid working. Your role will be broad and will include project coordination, facilities and office management.

Assist with fee and resource management, conduct project reviews, and update their project management software
Ensure Health & Safety and ISO standards are met and manage office supplies.
Provide support to the technical team, including booking travel, printing reports and drawings etc.
Meet and greet visitors and answer calls
Flexible approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Strong MS Office skills
