About The Job

A large architecture practice is looking for an experienced Administrator to manage their studio facilities and support the projects team in Oxford.

You will be responsible for reviewing projects, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining business processes. Your excellent organisational skills and friendly approach will make you a valuable asset to the team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in general administration/operations, with some experience in travel booking and customer service. They will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in a studio operations/administration position
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding or keen interest in architecture/design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive
