Administrator Part-time Learning Disabilities

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing to a leading company in the health, beauty, and household product industry
Arrange customer collections and assist with inbound deliveries from UK and EU suppliers.
Process export orders, check stock availability, and liaise with Inventory for stock requirements.
Prepare shipping documents such as Certificates of Origin, legalised invoices, and Bills of Lading.
Coordinate container shipments, inspections, and proof of export documentation.
Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and MHRA guidelines for products and medical devices.
General Administration
Identify and report non-conformances by raising Quality Incident Reports (QIRs).
Provide ad hoc administrative support, including preparing photographs and samples for specific projects.
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
