**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Vocational Trainer in Performing Arts within the Createch Faculty based at Banbury College.

This post provides an excellent opportunity for a practitioner/tutor or developing teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning. The post will be to support the teaching and skill development of students on our Performing Arts courses across a range of levels up to and including our L2 Acting and Level 3 Acting/Dance pathways.

Working side by side with teaching staff, our team of Vocational Trainers are responsible for guiding students as they build a wide bases of practical skills across a variety of Acting and Dance pathways.

This is a part-time (working 15 hours per week), permanent contract.

**What do you need to be successful as a Vocational Trainer at Activate Learning?**

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have an open mindset and attitude towards technology and virtual learning tools. Along with current Maths and English skills, you will also demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.
