**About the role**:
Learning Support Coordinators process the data and administrative tasks needed to support the work of the Group Learning Support (GLS) team with our students, and are a vital role in making sure they can deliver the best service possible. Working as part of a team; sharing workloads and supporting each other's roles to ensure our students have the best experience possible.
Group Learning Support works with young people who face barriers to education, including learners with special educational needs and those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). These posts provide an excellent opportunity for someone with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students and providing the administrative support needed in order to ensure that they can achieve.
Responsibilities include:
- Process data to support staff to manage the learner journey and contribute towards quality improvement activities
- Input and track funding data through college systems
- General administrative tasks including processing invoices and booking assessment
**_ Permanent, Part-time opportunity (18.5hrs per week), Banbury and Bicester college_**
**What do you need to be a successful Learning Support Coordinator at Activate Learning?**
We are looking for someone with administration experience, and previous experience of processing large amounts of data with great accuracy is desirable. A background in education and knowledge of learning difficulties and disabilities would be an advantage.
- Strong IT user particularly pivot tables and spreadsheet formulas
- Experience working in an administration environment
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
