As a Service Delivery Manager , you will play apivotal role at The Fuel Store in overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring ourinternal processes are contributing to an exceptional client experience.

You will apply your technical knowledgeto ensure that our systems and internal processes are geared up for clientsuccess by reviewing client feedback and taking swift actions to overcomeproblems. This will lead to an improved client experience by implementingstrategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure seamless serviceexperiences.

You will also be leading a strongbusiness support team with varying specialist areas.

BriefOverview:

Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)

Requirements
  • Manage the IT support Specialist, systems analyst, anddata analyst.

  • Ensure effective service delivery and meet Service LevelAgreements (SLAs).

  • Coordinate and optimize the integration of IT services.

  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics.

  • Develop and implement service improvement plans.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders andclients.

  • Manage incident and problem resolution processes.

  • Oversee resource allocation where necessary.

  • Assist the Head of Operations in taking ownership of thiscore area for the department.

  • Strive for Continuous Improvement across all areas.

To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you willneed the following skills:
