**Your new role**

As a Service Delivery Executive within our Digital Services directorate, you’ll provide flexible business support to our Service Delivery Managers, to maintain and improve our operational estate. You’ll manage specific pieces of work to meet objectives, ensuring that the relevant policies and procedures are followed. You’ll work with service suppliers and Service Delivery Managers to support the successful operation of our systems and services.

**What you’ll be leading on**
- Deliver tasks as assigned by our Service Delivery Manager.
- Ensure that Service Delivery meets its objectives regarding managing the performance of our Suppliers.
- Communicate service delivery performance and successes to our leadership team.
- Collate and analyse data and information and produce financial, resource and other reports to inform effective decision making.
- Liaise with colleagues and customers, building effective relationships to develop efficiency and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
- Ensure expected service delivery benefits continue to be achieved.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for the addition/removal of products and services to make best use of existing assets and support continuous improvement and value for money, as well as aligning the provision with our corporate and central government strategies.
- Comply with statutory and internal process and procedure and maintain accurate financial and administrative records using organisational systems.
- Have an understanding of ITIL principles andprocesses.

- Have an understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Have a high level understanding of hosting and network technologies.
- Able to evidence good time management skills.
