As an IT Service Delivery Manager at ITG, you will support daily IT services and operations, ensuring efficient system management for a global user base. You will collaborate closely with an outsourced onsite service desk team.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will identify improvement areas and implement solutions, processes, and policies to enhance IT capabilities. Your role also involves maintaining and improving the user experience and perception of IT, with a focus on elevating service standards and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT operations, physical infrastructure, cloud environments and enterprise applications (MS Suite, G-workspace, Monday, Workable, etc)
- Drive best practise amongst the user base of our platforms to make their day to day roles more effective across our offices and users remote locations
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of our IT systems
- Monitor and analyse system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Plan and coordinate system upgrades and maintenance activities
- Manage incidents and work closely with the team to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT service management
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service delivery or a similar role
- Strong technical background with a user centric focus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is desirable
