About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our team at HM Courts and Tribunals Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of justice services to the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Team Leaders to review performance, agree priority areas, and manage the throughput of administrative work across different stages of the tribunal process.
  • Encourage all colleagues to engage in Continuous Improvement and Development activities, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve expected performance standards.
  • Work closely with the judiciary, supporting agencies, and user groups to maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Strive for continuous improvement to improve operational efficiency, identifying and escalating any Court facilities issues.
About You

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills, who can engage with people at all levels and deliver excellent service through effectively leading a team. If you are a confident communicator, able to reflect on an issue and take a collaborative and diplomatic approach to your work, this role is for you.
