As a ServiceDelivery Manager you will play a pivotal role at The FuelStore in overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle ensuring ourinternal processes are contributing to an exceptional clientexperience.

You will apply yourtechnical knowledge to ensure that our systems and internalprocesses are geared up for client success by reviewing clientfeedback and taking swift actions to overcome problems. This willlead to an improved client experience by implementing strategies toenhance client satisfaction and ensure seamless serviceexperiences.

You will also be leadinga strong business support team with varying specialistareas.

Requirements
  • Managethe IT support Specialist systems analyst and dataanalyst.
  • Ensureeffective service delivery and meet Service Level Agreements(SLAs).
