Job Description
My client is a global Digital Experience Platform (DXP) company that services organizations in the government, higher education, and enterprise sectors.
Their product is built for service-led businesses, and they help lean teams build brilliant digital experiences fast.
Their mission is to create services online that improve lives offline. They achieve this mission by working with customers who seek to serve their customers through digital channels.
One of the leaders in the space, ranked in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for DXP, this is very exciting time to join a fast-growing business expanding in EMEA.

- 400 staff worldwide
The role:
- Sales director/VP role managing the UK function
- 89 people in the UK, 8 direct reports
- Responsible for both new business and upsell revenue
- Report directly to CEO
Role requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of pure management experience in building and leading a team
- MUST come from the DXP space
- Can travel to London office
- Bias to action, happy to be a player-coach if needed
