What you'll do:

  • Respond to a variety of enquiries from clients and candidates via phone, email, and online ticketing systems
  • Log calls, track issues, and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams
  • Provide clear and concise information to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of facilities services and procedures
What you'll bring:
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service or helpdesk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • A strong problem-solving approach and a commitment to finding solutions
  • IT literacy, with a good understanding of common software applications
