If youlike making a difference and finding creative ways to inspiretravelers, then we’d love to hear from you. This role is based in ourLondon office and reports to the Senior Manager, TEaL MessagingStrategy.

What you’ll do:  

Own proposition messaging for One Key, ExpediaGroups unified rewards program, updating and refining the playbook andmessaging guidance to reflect proposition enhancements and newinitiatives

Use traveler insight to identifyopportunities to improve program awareness, comprehension andappeal, removing traveler pain points

Collaboratewith stakeholders on playbook useability, ensuring it is embeddedacross the business as a functional tool to drive messagingconsistency

Work with internal teams to ensuremessaging updates are implemented throughout existing communications,including on site and in CRM

Ensure consistencyof One Key messaging across all channels, including on-site, CRM,brand, PR and social

Be the go to person forother teams across the business on One Key messaging ( e.g. creativebriefs, on site, CRM campaigns), running messaging surgeries andproviding timely input to campaigns

Maintain acontinually optimized messaging bank for use in TEaL owned OneKey marketing placements

Conduct frequentanalysis of competitor programmes looking for insights aroundmessaging and claims and identifying further opportunities toreinforce our value propositions

Who you are:  

5+ years’ experience in loyalty marketing,internal/external comms, marketing strategy, product marketing orbrand marketing space

A strong communicator whois able to simplify and communicate complex concepts concisely andclearly

A high level of attention to detail andstrong copywriting skills

Proactiveself-starter who is able to convert insights into tangible actionsthat deliver significant impact on the business

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills withthe ability to effectively influence senior executives and drivedelivery through a cross functional team

Criticalthinker with e xperience structuring customer and business problemsand solutions to address them

Confiden t intackling unstructured problems and finding quick win solutions

A passion for customer insights and what makes peopletick and an interest in loyalty schemes and good knowledge of bestpractice across industries

High-energy, creativeand motivated, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Highly organized and flexible in response to changingneeds and priorities
