Senior Loyalty Program Manager

At Expedia Group we aim to be the most rewarding place to book travel. In 2023, we launched One Key in the US market, a single loyalty program across our brands. We are looking for a Loyalty Program Manager to join us and be a key part of driving the core proposition behind our loyalty program as we continue to expand One Key globally .

This role is based in London and reports to the Director, Loyalty Programs within the Traveler Engagement and Loyalty ( TEaL ) team.

What you'll do:

Bring your experience and best practices from previously having worked on a complex loyalty program.

Proactively interpret and leverage research, competitor insights and loyalty data points to strategically evolve the loyalty proposition driving improvements in member engagement.

Partner with stakeholders on business modelling for initiatives, in turn prioritising roadmap deliverables

Write and socialise clear business requirements for product and technology partners.

End-to-end delivery of key roadmap initiatives and going beyond the minimum viable product.

Understanding of existing legacy programs and program rules.

Maintain close partnership with legal teams.

Go-to person in TEaL on the loyalty value proposition and comprehensive understanding and documentation of program logic.

Achieve key loyalty KPIs and ability to deep-dive on what drives these.

Who you are:

7+ years of experience managing and leading large scale loyalty marketing projects

A real passion for understanding for loyalty and solving traveller problems using data and insights

The ability to work cross-functionally and influence others

To be adapt at tackling unstructured problems and finding solutions

Strong business insight and experience in marketing strategy or analytics

A strong understanding in developing and delivering engaging loyalty propositions

Ability to perform and prioritise in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

To be a dedicated, high-energy, innovative, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business

Excellent presentation skills and enjoy constructing and delivering a story to senior leaders

Ability to determine tangible actions and drive delivery through a cross-functional team

Strong business insight and experience in marketing strategy or analytics

A strong understanding in developing and delivering engaging loyalty propositions
