**Head of Product Marketing - Loyalty**

A leading global Travel IT supplier is looking for a Head of Product Marketing for its Loyalty products to work from the US East Coast or Western Europe.

**PURPOSE**:
Work within the Loyalty product lines to intimately understand technical detail of product, be aware of market environment and customer challenges; whilst simultaneously articulating the same to Marketing for external promotion and to Sales teams to improvesales conversion rates.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define and document product positioning and messaging aligned with customer persona needs to communicate the value of our solutions to the market
- Work with the relevant line of business (Loyalty) to communicate details of the product benefits to a variety of audiences and describe the evolution and roadmap of the product and its relevance to the internal and external customers
- Work with broader sales and marketing organizations to drive demand and lead generation from product campaigns in all regions.
- Work with Regional Marketing Heads, PR and content team to establish Loyalty product lines as market leader in their particular space
- Work with leadership to develop messaging strategy for senior management promotion of line of business at event and online
- Work with Regional Marketing Heads and PR team to promote wins, implementations and product related news
- Work with content marketing as resource to develop both marketing and sales assets (lead gen assets, blogs, web copy, data sheets, sales decks etc)
- Assist Regional Marketing Heads with comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including audience definition (TALs), personas, market analysis, competitor differentiators etc
- Work with Regional Marketing on event strategy and messaging plans for both digital and in person events. Participate in events and give demos and webinars where possible.
- Create sales enablement content & programs that help educate and empower sales to deliver effective messaging to prospects and customers throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Consistently present to sales and internal stakeholders best practices in communicating the product features and customer benefits
- Educate internal customers on product development, road maps, competitors and market trends

**Skills & Experience**
- 10 years or more of relevant B2B product marketing work experience; preferably in a high-growth, dynamic SaaS environment. Ideally in the travel sector
- Loyalty background (airline, cruise or hotel) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in defining the messaging for a product sector and producing supporting materials in a variety of online and in person formats
- Proven track record of success in working with multiple internal and external customers
- Ability to disseminate complex technical details and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence behaviors to help drive change
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
