**Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager**

**£50,000 - £60,000 + 20% bonus**

You will define, deliver and own all roadmaps of CRM campaign activity and the customer lifecycle with a key aim to grow the new loyalty scheme.

**Responsibilities**
- Own and deliver the CRM strategy in line with the wider marketing growth plans
- Plan, build and drive customer recency, frequency value program to encourage repeat visits
- Plan CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all digital touchpoints alongside the Brand Marketing teams
- Understand the data and systems, working closely with digital agencies to create accurate and relevant campaigns

**Experience**
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Experience managing CRM agencies and building strong relationships
- Experience reporting to senior stakeholders
