London, United Kingdom Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA Full time

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a leading global financial services business based in the heart of London. This business has over ten thousand employees globally and has recently gone through a period of transformation as a result of M&A activity and harmonisation work. The business implemented Workday recently and there is an ongoing project to fully integrate this into the business. The people analytics and HRIS teams have been experiencing exciting growth as a result of this and this offer an attractive time to join the business with their continued expansion and opportunities of projects.

We’re seeking a highly motivated and technical HR Analyst to join our growing People Analytics team of 5. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining critical analytical tools and dashboards that empower data-driven decision making within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive analytical tools and dashboards (e.g., Talent Dashboard, Headcount Model, DE&I Dashboard) utilizing proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Alteryx.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with HR Operations and HRIS teams to maintain people systems and reporting tools.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives and identify key drivers impacting business objectives.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the HR team by providing guidance and building data expertise among colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of annual and long-term headcount plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

It is essential that you have proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory (or another cloud-based system), and data visualization tools (ideally Alteryx). Experience with Workday is a plus and you should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills is key. You should also have a relevant degree (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems) and 1-4 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within a professional services or financial services organisation. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing and dynamic HR Analytics team. It is a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact on the organisation and be involved in shaping the strategic direction of their people analytics function. There will be continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your data expertise and you’ll report to a People Analytics Manager and ‘Head of’ that will support your career. They have a highly collaborative and supportive work environment. The role will pay £45-55k plus a bonus and offer flexible working. You must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship on offer) and be in commuting distance to London for 1-2 days per week in the office.

If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the reward market.
