Dalton Recruitment is urgently seeking the services of an HR Process Analyst to join a fantastic corporate organisation and be responsible for the delivery of operational HR excellence through the development, management, documentation and process trainingof all the HR staff whilst further supporting the HR function by undertaking data audits and reporting, fulfilling data protection duties and overseeing the employment vetting and immigration processes.

The role offers very flexible hybrid working from home and their South London offices as required.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Work towards operational excellence for the HR function, ensuring efficiencies are implemented.
- Alongside the HR Systems and Data Manager, to deliver the HR systems and processes roadmap.
- Manage and document all HR processes and recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of data through all HR systems and processes.
- Work with the HR Systems Analyst to implement process changes, including process review.
- Work closely with colleagues on projects and programmes across HR, ensuring that processes are optimised to provide efficient administration and that operational excellence is achieved.
- Respond to, action and resolve process/data queries raised by management and HR.
- Be fully conversant with the processes required for the HR team to deliver their roles and to use systems in line with HR policies and operating procedures.
- Responsible for the accuracy of HR records both in the HR system and in electronic file format ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements, conduct monthly 4-eyed review audits and produce monthly HR risk reports.
- Manage the pre-employment checking process and relationship with the Vendor (Vero), including quarterly Vero audits.
- Ensure Right to Work requirements and ensure that processes meet current legislative and regulatory requirements and are updated accordingly, including coordinating VISA monitoring by the HR team.
- Work with the HR Systems and Data Manager to be conversant in the production and analysis of HR Management Information.
- Produce and deliver training relating to HR processes, with particular focus on HR Advisors.
- Attend monthly HRA meetings (and HRBP meetings, when required).
- Supports the Head of Reward and HR Operations with Data Protection responsibilities.
- Produce standardised HR MI data on a regular basis along with analysing data to provide insight where required.
- Provide HR system and data support as required by the HR team and local managers including running daily and monthly reports
- Support other HR systems projects and activities as and when they are agreed with the HR teams
- Provide support for the development and production of HR and Payroll reports and information.
- Prepare presentations and key supporting schedules for the HR team.
- Production of HR Risk Reports and cross-checking of relevant Bwise inputs with HR data.
- Any other duties as required.

**Experience needed to be considered**:

- Previous knowledge and experience process improvement and HR Operations including process improvement methodology e.g. Six Sigma
- Can indirectly supervise the HR Advisor team to ensure HR processes are carried out correctly and competently. This includes leading monthly team meetings and rolling out new initiatives in an environment where they are understood
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven demonstrable experience of managing successful stakeholder relationships
- Can look at the 'bigger picture’ and potential impact on the business
- Ability to manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality
- Ability to drive performance improvement
- Strong attention to detail
