Could you be the Franchise Support Manager we’re looking for?

Your role as the Franchise Support Manager will be pivotal to the growth of the Radfield Home Care network.

You will be influential in training, driving growth, motivating and supporting our franchise partners to ensure that they are performing at their best. To do this, you will embody our family-focused, values driven company culture and focus on partnering with individuals that share a similar ethos and a passion for creating a high-quality care service.

You will be the cornerstone between the franchise recruitment team, operations & compliance team and the franchise network to ensure that new franchise partners get the best possible start.

You will use your business experiences to advise, guide, help plan and offer strategic solutions to our franchise partners’ business.

Based in our Shrewsbury National Office, but primarily visiting our franchise partners offices throughout the UK, you will be a self-starter, confident and motivated individual who can influence and persuade key business leaders that align with our values and purpose. It is essential that you are a natural communicator digitally, face-to-face and through written language.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support franchise partners with business planning, objective setting and achieving their goals
  • Provide day to day support and guidance to franchise partners on all business needs
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for all marketing, social media and business development support
  • Take full responsibility for training and induction of new franchise partners
  • Advise on compliance and care operations to franchise partners
  • Visit our franchise partner offices (approx. 4 days per month) throughout the UK as appropriate
  • Review and monitor franchise partners' business strategy, marketing plan and related activity
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews with Franchise Partners
  • Ensure the franchise agreement and operating manual is being adhered to at all times
  • Ensure that Radfield Home Care network performance target are met

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience working in a business development role in either marketing, care operations, recruitment, training or finance
  • Experience working in the franchise marketplace
  • Be confident to go networking in the (franchise partner’s) local community
  • Basic understanding of Personal Care compliance and CQC regulation
  • Ability to form relationships and quickly establish common ground with individuals
  • Be an enthusiastic ‘people person’ who can motivate and influence others
  • Ability to self-motivate and work in a self-directed way, be professional in manner and appearance
  • Experience of writing and conducting training for individuals from outside of the care sector
  • Experience using Office software, web-based systems and CRM software
  • Full driving license and access to a car
