A key skill we need is the ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies from the ground up, without relying on an existing structure from a parent company. Within 3 to 6 months, you'll be expected to take an active leadership role in developing and delivering a proven franchise framework.

  • Location: HQ Blackburn / Franchise Network will stretch UK wide
  • Ideal location is Northwest or North Yorkshire / West Yorkshire
  • Salary: Circa £50’000 + bonus with growth

Franchise Operations Manager - Role

  • As the Franchise Operations Manager you will be responsible for creating, implementing and delivering strategy, policies, procedures, operating manuals and business structure.
  • Working closely with an existing Franchisee you will ‘get under the skin of the operation’ to understand successes and failures with the aim to support the business deliver a working and profitable franchisee network.
  • Promote a positive culture ensuring you deliver the business strategy of the brand.
  • Support, commercially lead and develop a growing team.
  • Develop operational challenges whilst helping to identify market trends and competitor activity.

Franchise Operations Manager – About you

  • You will have held a senior role within a business that has been exposed to development and growth.
  • You must have a highly motivational personality, natural above and beyond, with the natural ability to make every opportunity enjoyable and commercial.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, collaborate and influence.
  • Commerciality is essential.
  • P&L exposure.
  • You will have a fun, positive, confident, outgoing personality, feeling comfortable to influence business challenges and change.
