The development of services & day-to-day running of the office
The development of a regional live-in care service
Promoting the brand values and abide by the franchise standards
Ensuring that each client receives care appropriate to their individual need
To recruit, support and manage the office and care team in line with company policies and standards
Implementing the requirements of the CQC “Fundamental Standards for Care”
In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our Care Professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.
You’re a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team and previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable.
The role is based in our office in Derby which is part of a wider franchise network. This role would suit a person who has had prior experience of working in domiciliary care and live-in care in either a Senior Care Manager or Operations Managers role previously.
A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. The role will involve some travel in the territory, to surrounding locations in the East and West Midlands and to our National Office in Shrewsbury.
