Job Description

The Payroll Supervisor will:

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of payroll functions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and motivate a team of payroll professionals.
  • Develop and implement payroll procedures and processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline payroll operations.
  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
  • Participate in financial audits related to payroll and respond to any audit findings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:

  • Proven experience in a payroll supervisory or team leader role, or from a Payroll Officer or Payroll Specialist background and looking to make the step up.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and financial regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
