We are seeking a Head of Sales to join a leading energy consultancy who specialise in Energy procurement and green energy solutions. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing and developing both direct and offshore sales teams , as well as Third Party Intermediaries (TPI). This role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, expanding their market presence and ensuring that the sales teams are motivated and target driven. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, grow and manage sales teams, including direct, offshore, and TPI, to exceed targets

Skills and Experience Required:
- Over 5 years in senior sales leadership, ideally in energy consultancy, procurement, or green energy.
- 2+ years in the energy industry with expertise in pricing, margins, and procurement.
- Proven success in leading multiple sales channels to achieve revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset, translating market insights into plans.
- Experienced in sales forecasting and reporting, with accurate trend prediction and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, ambitious, and motivational leader.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage high workloads and balance priorities.
