Job Title: Head of CRM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of CRM to lead our customer relationship management efforts and drive growth in our new and used car retail segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in CRM leadership and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates for new acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the CRM team and collaborate with various departments to ideate, create, and launch successful campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on CRM activities, focusing on targets that align with business goals.
  • Develop strategies to enhance lifetime customer value (LCV) and support business growth.
  • Manage all CRM channels and create effective campaign plans for target audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM leadership with a track record of driving growth within the automotive industry.
  • Expertise in lifetime customer value, prospect nurturing, lead generation, and eCommerce sales through CRM activities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in articulating technical or digital requirements to enhance CRM.
