Role Overview:As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and working closely with the board to shape and execute growth strategies. You will have the chance to leverage the exceptional delivery team to build and nurture client partnerships that are underpinned by excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth : Collaborate closely with the board to devise and implement growth strategies that align with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Business Development : Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
- Client Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,(existing and new) understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

- Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing significantly to the companys overall performance and growth.
- Sales Experience : Proven track record in business development within the recruitment sector, with the ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
- Network : Strong existing network within relevant markets and the ability to establish new relationships with ease.
