  • Strategic duties - Working with the MD and management team on business and people strategy, and succession planning

  • Team training and development - Working with the MD to further develop the L&D program to address employee training needs. To include organising training across the firm

As HR Manager, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a legal setting, ideally within a legal 500 practice
  • Sound knowledge of current HR policies and procedures
