HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's HR team in Exeter. This role will involve working closely with the Group Head of HR and the wider HR Team to deliver HR services across the organization.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and IT skills, be a team player, proactive, confident, and logical in their approach. They will also have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships as they will be an ambassador of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responding to complex HR queries and managing ER matters
  2. Handling TUPE and consultations, and reviewing processes and policies
  3. Generating reports and making recommendations to improve HR services

The role is a full-time, permanent position, and our client is offering a salary of up to £60k per annum (depending on experience) plus great benefits, including:
