They are looking for someone who can start immediately, and can offer hybrid working (3 days working from home) and an hourly rate of £26.The ideal candidate will experience of delivering high quality HR advice and guidance and used to managing high volume ER casework (30-40 cases at any one time)
Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
Supporting the wider HR teams with managing ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management
Experience using Oracle (desirable)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
3 days WFH
