**Reports to**:HR Business Partner
This person will support the effective delivery of an HR service to the Appledore site and the wider group.
**The Role**
- Responsible for managing both general HR and recruitment inbox.
- Reporting on sickness absence, other absence and timekeeping.
- Support in an admin capacity with casework (arranging diary, invites and note taking).
- Work together with other sites to ensure consistency.
- Support HR Project related activities.
- Compiling interview packs and responding to all (site) general recruitment queries.
- Scheduling of interviews and assessment testing.
- Responsible for pre-employment checks for new employees including eligibility to work in the UK, references, proof of ID, security checks and qualifications.
- Issuing HR related documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, variations letters etc.
**About you**
- CIPD Level 3 (essential)
- Previous Administrative experience preferably within a recruitment/HR environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft administrative products, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Highly organised and efficient, able to meet deadlines with strong time management skills
