We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Purchasing/Operations Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing purchasing operations and ensuring smooth order processing. Your primary focus will be on tracking and analysing delivery times and accuracy, liaising with couriers, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining accurate stock records. Additionally, you will oversee various operational tasks, including influencer operations, stock management, and monitoring freight deliveries.
 
Track and analyse delivery times and accuracy to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely delivery of orders.
to resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or packaging problems.
Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Track shipments from international locations like China or India, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of samples and other items.
Regularly update and share stock reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective inventory management.
Update and share retail sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
Perform stockkeeping at the office, ensuring organisation and accuracy in inventory management.
Monitor freight shipments, ensuring deliveries are on time and coordinating with logistics partners to resolve any issues that may arise.
Support the purchasing function as needed. To ensure purchase orders, delivery notes / GRN and supplier invoices match up/ Chase in missing documents as needed and clearly highlight any discrepancies

Proficiency in using inventory management software, warehouse management systems and platforms, such as Shopify.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
