Chef Adam Handling MBE has restaurants and bars in London, Windsor and Cornwall and is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support with the following duties:

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing for goods and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with management teams across the group to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information
- Complete stock counts - weekly and monthly

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favourable terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
