Support the Head of Construction with online document management, making sure the system is up to date and assist the construction team members with administration issues and training they may require.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to quality, environment and health and safety.
- Managing purchase ordering system.
- Identifying procurement requirements
- Keep records up to date of training attended and notify the Head of Construction on attendances and O&Ms

You will be able to demonstrate 2 years’ experience with purchase orders experience ideally in a design and build environmen.t You will have good knowledge navigating around Microsoft Excel, Outlook and general administrative duties.
