About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our team at ALL WE WEAR GROUP. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing purchasing orders from creation to ex-factory delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and placing purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Following up with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintaining purchase order records in SAP.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Reporting on delivery dates and production progress.
