This is a permanent staff position and the role will report into the Chief Commercial Officer.

This is a fully remote role, with global travel as required.

The successful Sales & BD Manager is a key figure in the commercial department, tasked with driving Sales and Business Development for the Territory of Europe. The role focuses on driving sales pipeline growth, developing and optimising project win strategies, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. The role plays a crucial part in strategizing sales initiatives for the Pipeline Services Division, including coaching of team members and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Ideally you will have a Pipeline/Coating sales background when applying.
